What You'll Do: - Assist clients with personal care, companionship, and daily living activities which include bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Companionship and emotional support
- Transportation and errands as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate changes in client conditions
- Promote independence and dignity
- Provide peace of mind to families and loved ones
- Deliver care that honors our clients' lives, stories, and preferences
