Achieve and exceed individual sales and production goals by generating new business and cross-selling Auto and other products over the phone. Engage with warm leads provided through multiple channels to effectively quote, present, and close Auto Insurance solutions. Deliver an exceptional customer experience by educating clients on coverage options and helping them protect their families, vehicles and assets. Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and development programs designed to continuously strengthen sales performance, communication skills, and insurance expertise. Complete all required licensing, product knowledge, and compliance training in accordance with company and regulatory standards. Accurately prepare insurance quotes, conduct professional sales presentations, and successfully Auto Insurance policies. Handle inbound/outbound calls professionally and promptly, with a focus on first-call resolution and minimal wait times. Efficiently navigate internal systems and platforms to write policies, process endorsements, and manage customer accounts. Approach every customer interaction as an opportunity to cross-sell and upsell additional insurance and related financial products.
